1. Use of Service

1.1 Beta Disclaimer

TheDailyESL is currently operating in a beta phase. During this period, the Service may be incomplete, unstable, or subject to change without notice. We do not guarantee the integrity, availability, or preservation of any user data, including saved vocabulary, history, or account information.

By using the Service during beta, you acknowledge and accept the risk of data loss, bugs, interruptions, or feature changes, and agree that TheDailyESL is not liable for any resulting inconvenience or damages.

2. Account Registration

Creating an account is not required to view the majority of content. However, certain features—such as saving view history or personal vocabulary—require registration. If you choose to create an account, you agree to provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at our sole discretion, especially for any behavior that violates these Terms or is deemed abusive, fraudulent, or harmful.

3. Future Features and Paid Services
